With over 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking I have a proven track record of leading and executing successful capital markets and corporate finance transactions for diverse clients and portfolios. As the managing partner at ERM Capital Partners, I oversee the origination, structuring, and closing of strategic advisory, outsourced CFO and capital markets transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors, generating significant returns and value for our investors and partners. Prior to that, I was a founding partner and Chief Advisory Officer at EA Markets, where I managed advisory and capital placement teams and developed and implemented innovative corporate finance and fund management solutions to institutional and corporate clients. I also bring 20 years of experience as an Investment Banker at large, global banks including Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and UBS. I have extensive knowledge and skills in negotiation, valuation, due diligence, structured finance, capital markets, and corporate finance, as well as strong relationships and networks in the industry.
