Table Game Supervisor
CurrentOriginally hired to open this property, this role hinges on the ability to manage time, processes, and people to effectively run the casino floor. Day to day activities include managing the pencil job (road map for the day), promptly responding to guest questions and monitoring tables and dealers. ·Help with leading initial training of team members and property procedures during property opening·Lead training of new dual-rates and new dealers·Manage the pencil job, the floor map of the day (Determining what dealers go where; to open or close tables based on volume, etc.)·Make quick decisions on games, moving pieces on tables/games·Nominated for Team Member of the Quarter Q1 2018·Work in ACSC system to create new accounts, look up accounts·Ensure proper procedures are being followed·Monitor section on average of 4-6 tables·Handle distribution of comps for guests·Rate players: buy in, average bets, win/loss, put into table view database per player-Counsel, guide, coach, and instruct staff in the proper performance of their duties -Complete annual performance evaluations for employees and determine merit increases
