CurrentIn this role, I direct facility-wide operations, developing and integrating staff and maintenance policy and procedures regarding mechanical, electrical, utility, and various other structures. I oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff, determining department objectives and evaluating performance. In addition, I partner with hospital administration, determining big-picture planning and needs. By monitoring department equipment and supplies, I control inventory purchasing in line with the department budget. Also, I prioritize regulatory compliance, completing and recording regular site inspections.Some of my key achievements in this role included:• I demonstrated my continuous commitment to risk management and mitigation, establishing all health and safety protocols and policy.• Throughout the coordination of major and minor facility repairs, I cultivated positive supplier and third-party vendor relationships.• I navigated the pandemic environment, ensuring quick response to COVID safety needs.• To ensure accident, fire, and other critical situation readiness, I implemented all emergency-specific response plans.• Furthermore, I organized and supervised an Orthopedic clinic remodel and a rural health clinic new build.
