Peacham academy 1969.lyndon state college, b a 1974. Retired Rutland police department full time animal control officer 33 year veteran. Rutland County humane agent 15 years of service. Served on the original Vermont animal cruelty task force and a director for 30 years for the new England animal control/humane academy held at the University of New Hampshire. I have been a member of the Vermont funeral director 's association since I became licensed in the 1970's.
