As CRC's technology manager I am accountable for planning, supporting, and servicing the Collection and Recovery Center by leveraging our IT systems, reporting and processes. Using the bank's standard for systems development life cycle methodology, I have been the lead analyst in charge of several small to medium size projects.I work closely with the collection and loan recovery departments which deal with the delinquent loan processing through charge off.
