Developed Triage Process to include Insurance tracking, deductible and shop payment offset, building out supplier networks, & using OWS to support reporting process. Developed Metrics for repair processes and initiated steps to improve quarterly. Created process for charging customers for returning damaged vehicles including building a region-specific refurbishment guide. Led Vehicle Repossession and Vehicle Service Actions, along with facilitating market transactions – including vehicle repair, Uber trips, Equipment requirements, and Daily operating needs.

Launched the Austin Autonomous Vehicle Research Terminal and Austin Command Center in 2019. Constructing and operated the AV parts department. • Designed, developed, and tested a Mobile Service Unit. Researched, selected, and tested products working with EQO and suppliers to obtain Ford TOX numbers. Launched “Hyre Car Pilot”• Successfully closed an operation, reallocating assets for the benefit of other company business units and preparing a building for sub-lease

Managed a multimillion-dollar operation with both hourly and salary employees. Tasked with maintaining the facility and managing outside partners and vendors using Maximo, SAP and Ariba/Aurora systems.

Managed inbound and outbound daily processes with 20+ hourly employees. Responsibilities included driving process improvements to increase LMPH gains YOY along with initiating quality improvements increasing inventory accuracy.

Created projects to solve issues inside the depot. Including RF connectivity and right sizing primaries for larger quantity picking.

Solved PMHV availability issue hindering the operation and creating large amounts of overtime. Led several emergency projects including the repair to a leaking fire loop, gas leak in the boiler room, and the removal of conveyer line work pits. Local lead on numerous division projects including a warehouse lighting project, closing of the general office, and relocating them to Regent Court. Developed a project to modernize the computer network after the $1.2 million dollar project was rejected. By using the left-over material from the front office renovation and piggybacking off the RF access points.
