I have a warehouse career spanning over 23 years and have worked shop floor union and now currently management I am a highly motivated leader with a wealth of experience gained from working manual picks within food distribution warehouses. I have developed a great depth of knowledge which allows me to make decisions at pace and with the colleague and business needs at the heart of my decisions. I have gained invaluable skills working either as a team player or leading a team of my own to achieve targets, implement changes and meet budgets. I always remain calm in challenging situations. I have an intuitive ability to learn new tasks quickly and accurately. I have extensive knowledge with working within a unionised warehouse, talent, engagement and delivering continuous improvement projects. I have extensive experience and knowledge with Kronos time management systems and Red Praire warehouse management systems.
