Manage Tool builds and all aspects from concept to part production for Summit. Responsible for building cost effective Injection tooling on time and within budget.

Presently hired in to estimate tooling and repair activities for the Tool Room.

Five years as project manager. Managed all aspects of product development into production within established timelines. Established all project requirements for production, assembly, secondary operations, and quality assurance.Confirmed data, specifications, and customer requirements as correct to final quotations. Implimented a databased real time software system ( Jobboss) into the toolroom to track time and costs of jobs for future tooling opportunities and provided tool cost history for the estimating department. Provided capacity reports based on current jobs and timelines.

Hired to help establish and implement production in this start up tool shop.Recommended tool room machinery and resources including personnel.AccomplishmentsAs project manager, I orchestrated a fast paced, prototype-tooling program for Ventaira, worth 2.7 million dollars. This included 27 tools and multiple revisions.Managed Mannkind's prototype tooling project for their compact insulin delivery system worth 2 million dollars.Implemented a real time job costing, scheduling and tracking software program into Eimo's tool shop.
