• 30+ years experience in food service equipment manufacturing, including metal polishing, welding, assembly work, wiring, pipe fitting, shear operation, punch press operation, brake press assistance, crating, and paint booth operation• Fieldwork performing installation and repair of food service equipment• National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) training• Experience as a supervisor and team leader; including training and evaluating employees,and employee mediation• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort speaking to bothgroups and individuals• Extensive customer service experience gained from many years in the music entertainmentbusiness. This includes interacting with clients and their agents, addressing questions andconcerns, and event coordination with vendors and venues.• Experience using the Lean Production Methodology to minimize waste and maximizeproductivity• Experience using the “A3 Process” problem solving tool to achieve continuousimprovement• Experience using the Lean 6S, 8 Wastes methodology, including root cause analysis, toensure satisfactory production and customer service• Training in Epicor resource planning software• Proficiency in typing, data entry, and use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel• Experience with various types of audio/visual production media• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings• Excellent work ethic
