•• Working as support to contract manager overseeing team members and ensuring day to day running of contract is smooth.• Dealing with leasing of new premises and ensuring premises set up to required standards• Scheduling work for team members and liaising with Prime contract managers.• Dealing with issues from JCP & DWP and resolving effectively• Collating figures and forecasting• Monitoring profit and loss.• Being point of contact from senior management to team members.• Attending meetings with master vendors and DWP. Working with an unemployed client base from day 1 unemployment working up to 12 month plus assessing using RAG and planning course of action.• Delivering various modules and confidence building techniques ranging from Interview preparation, CV writing, Realistic jobs, How to find employment and How to approach employers.• Carry out extensive one to ones with clients to understand their individual needs and barriers working to then rejoin the work force.• Working to strict SLAs and job targets all of which are exceeded regularly.• Developing and maintaining working relationships with local JCP including Cheshire and Merseyside.• Providing a consistent and effective level of service motivating clients to want to work.• Working with vulnerable groups including lone parents, alcohol and drug users.• Sourcing vacancies and preparing clients for application/interviews.• Assisting clients with queries regarding DWP issues and easing worries and/or concerns

• Working on a short term response contract within the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area delivering Targeted Support to the Unemployed (TSU).• Assisting with contractual and day to day running of 13 training centres based from as far as Crewe to Rochdale.• Embedding and ensuring full understanding of a contract across the district and across the company.• Marketing the contract to 13 JCP in order to ensure contractual targets were met.• Developing a sustaining strong links with JCP management across Manchester central, east and West along with existing Cheshire JCP’s and Merseyside JCP’s.• Organising staff and ensuring staff training was completed and understood.• Carrying out staff reviews and appraisals • Exploring opportunity to cross sell services to maximise profitability.• Carry out any recruitment procedures required.
