I was responsible for the financial health, application infrastructure, and strategic management for Illumination Fireworks.Illumination Fireworks is a premier provider for fireworks, pyrotechnics, special effects, and confetti. During our time leading Illumination, we experienced rapid growth and saw many of the same challenges with disparate systems most companies face. Using Salesforce, we built a scalable tool that allowed us to combine multiple systems and achieve the following: - Bundle complex products while checking real time inventory during quoting- Track asset history with serial numbers and barcodes - Assign staff to events based on skill level and certifications- Improve order accuracy with barcode scanning and digital pull sheets- Predict reorder point for consumables based on purchase history and demand- Single pane of glass into crew member engagement, product history, and customer lifecycleUtilizing our Salesforce solution, we had better visibility across the entire organization, enhanced communication, and were able to make more informed management decisions.
