- Ensure that the systems and procedural requirements of each department and the executive are developed, implemented & continually improved or evolved to support the relevant department and/or the executive in meeting their objectives.- Working with the executive to ensure financial objectives relating to overall business performance are achieved and continually improved.- Receive or discuss a brief regarding a system or procedural improvement that a department identifies needing help to develop.- Facilitate needs analysis including a business needs and/or cost benefit analysis when undertaken by a Department Head.- Manage & execute (when the responsibility of the Business Performance Manager) the proposal stage when required in response to a business need that has been identified.- Brief in and procure proposals & submissions from external parties when required as part of the proposal stage.- Present findings and recommendations from the proposal stage to Department Heads and the Executive for discussion and approval.- Manage and update a "System & Procedural Plan" and regularly communicate all updates, developments and /or changes in the Plan to the relevant stakeholders in the business.- Draft an execution plan for system development & implementation including - Required Timeframe (required end date), Resources Responsibility (who is involved) and key milestones.- Manage and execute delivery of the system as per the agreed plan.- Provide technical support through the development and implementation phase.- Drive a continual improvement process after the implementation phase.

- Maintain Timberline assemblies- Creating Mini Bills- Creating Variation Line items- Maintain Pricing ie: Cost and Sell of Line items- Update and maintain standard house prices

- Tender Estimates- Quantifying and Costing of client requested items- Creating client tender submissions- Manage Sales representative on tender procedures and pricing - Creating Mini Bills- Creating Variation Line items- Maintain Pricing ie: Cost and Sell of Line items- Variation Price Book development - Update and maintain standard house prices- Reporting on priority of tasks to be completed- Margin & Budget Reporting

- Ensure Purchase orders are produced to support all construction activities and timelines.- Review of ETS’s and improvement to BOQ’s where required.
