As the CEO at Hill Dickinson my focus is on our firm's clients, our growth strategy and supporting our people. This year I was also honoured to be named in the The Lawyer magazine "Hot 100 UK lawyers" list for 2024 due to the rapid profitable growth and geographical expansion being achieved at Hill Dickinson over the last 12 months. Over the prior 3 years during my former management role as the leader of our business services division and as a member of our Executive Board, I had the experience and responsibility of leading Hill Dickinson's largest business division of over 300 specialists in all areas of Business Services and Commercial law, including Corporate, Commercial, Banking, Real Estate, Construction, Litigation, Restructuring, Regulatory, Family, Employment and Pensions and Private Client work, supporting our clients during an exciting period of expansion in which our BSG rapidly grew its income by more than £20m in just those 3 years to its current position where it now has sustainable profitable foundations in place to be a £70m+ division of our firm under the excellent leadership of my successor in that role, Fiona Parry.
