In my role, I contribute to the wider Professional Services strategy and direction, and am responsible for the management of key Professional Services customer engagements. This ensures that both organisational and customer risk are managed, while delivering successful business outcomes that drive annuity revenue and repeat business.Over and above ensuring that customers are delivered high quality professional services, which meet or exceed their expectations, I am responsible for achieving the Professional Services Consulting Team’s revenue and profit goals. I am accountable for building strong relationships and providing the interface into the Professional Services Consulting Team. This includes our customers, suppliers/partners, the Gen-i Sales Team, and other key engagement areas across Gen-i. This goes hand in hand with understanding market direction and ensuring that the team is strategically positioned to deliver to future ICT market demands, as well as current requirements.
