Scheduled updates to monitor timeframes & resources. • Establishing and maintaining effective control procedures for the risk assessment program, risk register and reporting, and facilitating spot checks in line with the annual audit assurance program. • Monitoring industry benchmarking to trend corrective actions, including analysis of complaints and incidents, and conducting root cause analysis as required. • Ensuring operational managers have evidence of monitoring standards in place across all departments and portfolios to meet compliance requirements of new and changed legislation.• Facilitating and cultivating a continuous improvement culture and ensuring business continuity & emergency management procedures are developed, managed and regularly reviewed.• Executing end to end change management strategies for the implementation of all QRC related procedures and activities, in consultation with operational managers and subject matter experts. • Overseeing the contract management support system, including reporting requirements, renewal schedules, access for key personnel, and checking contracts against tenders ensuring compliance.

Writing a new Quality Management System of policies, procedures, work instructions and forms for Wesley Conference Centre.
