Strengthen and accelerate the sales growth in both countries, while constantly introducing innovative products and business development ideas to the market and expanding and strengthening the sales channels. Complete restructure of organization and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Full P&L responsibility for Schwarzkopf Professional business in New Zealand. Manage and develop the sales and marketing teams to ensure that required results in sales and profit are achieved through the implementation and creation of annual marketing activities and plans.

Day to day supervision of activities including training, planning, motivation and performance evaluation of sales representatives and support personnel. Setting of clear goals with monitoring and the tracking in progress of sales staff to ensure overall state goals were achieved.

Achieve sales and new account objectives from the national key account base, through implementing business strategies and development programs for Key accounts and potential new customers. Manage direct, motivate and support a team of 8 Regional Key Account Managers and 2 office-based members of staff.
