My main responsibility is to manage and drive the sales and event management team to maximise matchday revenues whislt ensuring that we offer excellent customer service, all culminiating in our delivery of an unrivalled matchday experience. I am responsible for the delivery a multi million pound budget within a very competitive industry and I am delighted that we are and have consistantly been a highly successful team that delivers and exceeds expectations year on year. At Aston Villa we are very proud of the matchday experience and service that we deliver and have won the Overall BEST Hospitality Award from Stadium Experience Hospitality Awards, 2 times in the last 3 years.
