• Instrumentation and Topside buyer for Chemical Injection Throttle Valves (CITVs), Pressure and Temperature Sensors, Sand Detectors, Flow Meters, Wet Gas Flow Meters, Hydraulic Leak Detectors.• Help with the set-up of SAP Ariba and working with suppliers in the on boarding process.• Working closely with the Commodity Manager and Procurement leads dealing with key suppliers. • Worked in the purchasing team for manufactured items for all Subsea Control Modules (SCMs), Subsea Electronic Modules (SEMs), Mounting Bases, Electrical & Hydraulic (E/H), Topside & Instrumentation equipment.• Purchasing history on machined parts, fabrications, consumables, valves & couplings and single source suppliers.• In November 2010 I was picked to be the sole buyer for our Electronics Module (SEM). My main role was to manage our two electronic board suppliers as well as buying all machine and fabrication parts. Due to capacity issues, long lead times, obsolescence of parts and engineering requirements, I was in daily contact with suppliers and engineers to obtain quality products and delivery times.• Work with Tender team on bids• Helped add new vendors to the AVL including a new Printed Wiring Assembly (PWA) supplier.• Worked with the commodity managers to set up frame agreements and agree Terms & Conditions.• Worked with our accounts team to close out invoices and projects.• Dealt with invoices and NCR’s on a daily basis.• Worked closely with our documentation department to resolve any issues.
