As a Store Operations Manager I was responsible for supporting company and client objectives and targets for revenue, profitability, retention and growth by utilizing Web-based and other digital/electronic marketing channels, media, tools and techniques. - Client Support: Using, and/or training the clients to use the Digital River Remote Control tools for product additions and site maintenance, marketing programs, transaction questions, inventory management and customer service issues.- Business Operations: Looking after the operations and scalability of the stores, by understanding clients’ short, mid to long term objectives and developing the technology (template, storefront, APIs) for current and future growth.- Direct-Marketing Program Support: Implementing, and/or training the clients to execute online marketing activities such as cross-sells, up-sells, bundles, email programs, campaign creation, etc.- Storefront Development: Assist the CMMs in the management of product and store changes that support the overall client revenue goals and consumer experience.- Additional Services – Sales: Able to identify sites/clients that have additional opportunities for growth and work with the CMMs to ensure proper resources are assigned for selling, implementing and billing additional opportunities.
