Overseeing the Resident Aide staff and residents living in the community. Assuring the safety and well being of the residents during daily activities. Administering residents' medications in a safe and timely manner. Coordinate and facilitate Home Health services. Worked closely with our ARNP to provide the highest level of care possible for the community.

I oversee the care of 200 residents in our Assisted Living section of the facility.I manage a staff of nine people including CNA's Med Techs and a secretary.Coordination of medication ordering and supply with associated pharmacies.Coordination of and implementation of care with organizations such as Lifepath Hospice, and Home Health Care organizationsInteraction with residents, and their family to advance the comfort and stability of life at the facility.
