Transfer of cash and In Specie holdings to counterparties and personal client accounts.Processing account closures on complex financial and CRM software like Avaloq and SEI, as well as manage workflows on XPlan.Working together with Investment managers, client admin teams and our custodians to sell down assets, clarify client positions and resolve client queries to deliver client services that meet the standards set by the company.Produce reports on our custodians platform to see accounts that still have residual cash that can be disbursed to clients/counterparties to allow the accounts to fully close.Commence trading as per client or counterparty instruction and work with the dealings team to sell down assets at the clients request. Careful attention to detail required.Answer queries from counterparties, custodians and front office to address issues or updates regarding transfers on our OIS and TDIML platforms. Communicate with FO and Counterparties for updates on the progress of transfersReview valuations for transfers in to see if holdings can be transferred in specie and check if they are held on our platforms

Employed by property litigation and arrears recovery specialists, my role in the process team specialises in setting up case files of debtors with outstanding service charge and ground rent debts on leasehold and freehold residential/commercial properties managed by our clients.-Operating complex legal and technical software like Liberate SE and Composer to set up case files for account managers and solicitors.- Manage large workloads and prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.- Requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy is met to meet the needs of the firm's clients, i.e. different clients requiring different documents and fees being added to outstanding debt balances.- Communicate and work effectively with other teams to resolve issues related to case files that have been referred to us- Assigned as a mentor for new apprentices on the team to train them on complex tasks and answer any queries they have. - Demonstrating an exceptional adaptability to new, complex tasks and quickly becoming familiar with them.
