Inventory control, production planning and forecasting for both B2B orders and B2C orders. • skyrocketing sales (double digit growth) surpassed multiple volume records for overall performance and accuracy. • Driving accountability with the established service level agreements with the 3rd Party Logistics provider and cross-functional Sephora teams while providing support and improvements to enhance the customers experience in the omni channel co-mingled inventory model.✅ Order accuracy improved to 99.82% during the peak volumes of the Christmas season, while establishing weekly records for units, orders and volume processed within 24 hours.
