After working in the Financial Services Industry for several years I set up my own consultancy business. During my time as a consultant I worked for the majority of the big financial and accountancy institutions in the United Kingdom. My roles often involved presenting to and working across many levels within the business from case handlers to Directors, resulting in me being able to effectively communicate with all. I typically would be brought in at the consultation for project set up all the way through to hand over to the Business As Usual Operations Managers. Projects included such items as Payment Protection Insurance, Endowments, Personal Pensions and call centre operations to name a few.
