From altering workingman’s cottages to building $2million+ luxury new homes, his skills have delivered high-quality renovations and new builds all over Wellington, and in the UK.As a Passive-House Certified Tradesperson, Craig is passionate about building better homes for New Zealanders – warm, comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient should be a minimum. With Carpentry trade qualifications, and Licensed Building Practitioner registration in two disciplines (both Carpentry and Site Two) – you have independent confirmation that Craig is competent in co-ordinating and overseeing the most complex residential building projects.
