Responsible for creating and owning the internal communication agenda for Telephony as part of Customer Service & Operations. I business partner the Head of Telephony ensuring all 1,000+ employees are engaged, understand and deliver the corporate plan.

I was responsible for writing and publishing communications to the Branch Network of Nationwide. I was promoted in June 2012 to Communications Business Partner.

I was responsible for launching a new outbound Telesales campaign, from recruitment to training and ensuring we met financial forecasts. A huge part of this role was building and maintaining a strong client relationship.• Overall responsibility for a £720k per annum campaign• Re-structured the team• Excellent relationship with my clients• Record month of £90k income generated against target of £60k

Role involves overseeing both Nationwide’s Financial Reconciliation Team and Standing Order Outgoing Team. My responsibilities in managing these teams of circa 25 individuals include conducting 1:1 meetings, appraisals, and also disciplinary procedures. During this period I have regularly covered for Senior Management.
