Began my career here in sales. Finding solutions for companies to better utilize their print and scanning environments. I was able to utilize my other talents by providing analyst services to our customers. Setting up MFP's for scanning and printing across office networks and educating end users on the different machine capabilities. I am now beginning to settle into a familiar role as Service manager. Providing warranty service on multiple xerox products as well as developing a vision for the future as we add employees and provide outstanding customer service.

Xerox was an amazing company. They have provided many opportunities over the years to grow and learn. I achieved Green belt status in Lean Six Sigma. As well as becoming certified as a trainer with P11 training. I started as a Service Technician for the first 14 years of my career.I advanced into a Technology Specialist roll covering both Columbus and Cleveland. I again sought promotion to Product technical specialist which brought me back to assisting technicians in overcoming technical issues they couldn't resolve on their own.Finally as a Service Manager I managed 24 employees spanning central Ohio and West Virginia. Each of these positions was a wonderful growth experience.
