6th generation family butcher, CIEH L4 trained in food hygiene, created the haccp so the business obtains first butchers license from south Staffordshire council.instrumental in bringing all production in house including our famous black puddings. from humble beginning creating the recipe in 1997 to being first non Yorkshire business to win not once but twice at CYBC product competition 2015&16 leading to competing at IFFA Frankfurt 2016 winning the UK's only medals.in 2018 being first nominated and then voted onto National Craft Butchers executive board helping shape the trade for the future.In 2019 again took black puddings to IFFA world cup of food in Frankfurt and collected a gold, silver and bronze medal for black puddings even getting a mention for a new product created only 6 months previously in the IFFA daily newspaper2020 finalist in Meat industry management best meat pie with a speciality pork pie plus winning Great British food awards Charcuterie with our traditional black pudding 23 years and still winning major awards
