Over six years with Wackenhut Services Mr. Timmermann grew the government security business from approximately $100 million to over $750 million while Wackenhut grew from $1 billion to $3 billion. Joining SecTek, Incorporated in 2002, Mr. Timmermann exceeded the growth plan, doubling revenues the first year and put them on track to quadruple the business to $100 million the following year. Mr. Timmermann founded a consulting company in 1994 and is currently providing business development and business acquisition support services to security firms throughout the United States. His early military career was highlighted by his attainment of Chief Master Sergeant, advising senior USAF leadership on the management of a 41,000 member security force.
