Developed, improved and directed all accounting and financial reporting functions, annual external CPA and government audits, reported to various investment bankers and industry analysts and counseled with the CEO on mergers & acquisitions and operational projects. Significant accomplishments included: 1. Reduced inventory by $1.2 million or nearly 25% in 4 months by implementing ''Build-to-Order'' systems and improved cost tracking. 2.
