After 2 months of consulting, they offered me a permanent role to build a world class development organization.• Consolidated 30-40 databases into 6 to achieve ease of maintenance and greater scalability.• Re-architected an ActiveX solution into a .NET light smart client that leveraged Web Services over the Internet to achieve the same rich client experience and minimize edit deployment issues while building a platform that allowed additional products to be cultivated.• Developed a reporting platform that leveraged SQL replication and built services to manage the reporting scheduling and deployment that handles reporting for over 10 TB of data on each DB with no problems.
