Co-founder and Operations Manager, Craig Wilson is a natural leader whose mechanical mindset and engaging personality allows him to facilitate the seamless operation of systems, crews and equipment.He developed his work ethic and leadership style early on, on oil rig platforms over two continents, moving into forestry and aircraft systems in 2011 as a Rappel Fire-fighter and Air-crewman in South-eastern Australia.Craig and his wife moved to the Peace Region in 2012 to pursue Smoke-jumping for the B.C. Wildfire Service. They soon fell in love with the area and its people. As an incident commander, he learned complex management strategies involving aircraft, heavy equipment and fire-crews. After 12 seasons of wildfire he became the Parachute Systems and Packing Loft Supervisor in 2018. This helped him develop an eye for detail and a strong inclination toward safety. No matter how complex the project, or how tight the timeline, Craig has the skills and experience to get it done.
