This included:• Ensuring building structures, M&E and other plant, fabrics, finishes and décor were maintained to the Clients high standard identifying lifecycle works and submitting robust capex proposal forms for sign off, this included replacing all 50 year old Boilers at Sauchie Hall Street Littlewoods £100K, BMS installation at Stirling Littlewoods £40K, roof replacement Paisley £20K etc.., all undertaken to comply with Project Agreement and Output Specifications to ensure a safe and acceptable environment for staff and students personnel and safeguard the asset for ongoing business.• To provide adequate support and cost effective services to cover all sites with 24 hour Emergency Services in order to ensure any break down of services i.e. fire, flood, power failure, break- ins etc, are actioned promptly by specialist contractors with minimum disruption to ensure continuation of services.• To carry out planned maintenance surveys of sites and prepare specifications for building repairs and refurbishment works. Obtain Approvals, Local Authority, Planning, and Building Fire Officers Approvals where applicable.• To prepare budget proposals, cost projections, project estimates for lifecycle replacement works to ensure maintenance works were completed within budget allocation.• Project Managing and co-ordinating technical staff across Atkins for small to medium and large Projects and lifecycle works for the Employment Services using specially tailored Atkins project management software. -
