• Architected and developed a series of C++ software libraries designed to calculate aircraft infrared signatures in real-time • Leveraged statistical methods to model the effect of terrain height on environmental radiances • Acted as my team’s SME for all numerical algorithms and infrared concepts • Advised and assisted junior engineer team members on daily tasks

• Participated in a cross-functional Scaled Agile (SAFe) team of systems and software engineers responsible for developing ILVC embedded training systems for military aircraft • Designed and developed C++ algorithms, models, and application software using Visual Studio • Developed and patented (pending) a new compression algorithm for simulation data that yielded roughly a threefold improvement over the current Air Force standard

• Conducted fundamental physics research advancing the knowledge of ultracold plasma and strongly coupled plasma systems• Developed a suite of GPU based numerical algorithms, allowing for fast and versatile simulations of charged particle systems• Developed many stand-alone numerical models, written in a variety of different computing languages• Utilized image processing and signal processing techniques to interpret data• Wrote scripts to sift through large (GBs) data sets for the purpose of answering physics questions• Performed statistical analysis on a variety of different data sets utilizing a multitude of different statistical and numerical techniques• Constructed and utilized diode laser systems• Designed and constructed electronic and optoelectronic circuits and circuit systems• Utilized RF and microwave technologies to conduct experiments
