Managed 80 testers in 42 countries for Microsoft Xbox feature team. Tested the shell operating system of Xbox console for functionality and localization defects.Duties included:• Selection and scheduling of testers• Approving tester timesheets• Reviewing test results• Development of test cases based off new features• Reviewed bugs logged • Bug analysis based on number and type of bugs, i.e., per region, per tester• Quarterly and year-end business review reports• Customer invoicing• Test status reporting• New console purchasing

Conducted “Crowd Source” testing in conjunction with Abalta Technologies and Apple to test location services mapping. This was a global field test and I was responsible for training, device prep, deployment and support to the US teams consisting of 50 people located in Phoenix, Atlanta, Tulsa, Los Angeles, and New York.

I currently maintain a library of test cases built on Microsoft Best Practices that cover Installers, UI, Clustering/HA/Reliability, Security, User Experience, Hyper-V, Server Core and Drivers.
