• Managed a team of 12 that developed and implemented controls for client that processed over $50 million in payments and recaptured $14 million in subrogated insurance proceeds due to our client.
• Managed a field office of 30 team members that produced over $5 million in annual revenue for the firm and managed $250 million in assets for the client. At the end of the contract, I managed the close of that office.
