Since 2009, we have assisted on numerous violent crime and complex litigation trials. In each case, we have provided a wide range of services, to include the following:• Created and maintained complete (and portable) digital organization of case file material (average of between 25,000 and 100,000 pages) that allowed attorneys to quickly locate any file.• Created and managed a structured, systematic framework to comply with the discovery process. • Thoroughly reviewed and analyzed the complete case file and prepared/provided detailed written and/or oral reports of findings, conclusions, and recommendations. • Provided crime scene analysis and reconstruction (in all murder trials), to include 3D modeling • Provided offender and witness analyses• Assisted in the development of trial themes and strategies; direct and cross examinations; opening statements, closing arguments, and sentencing arguments. • Managed the use of courtroom technology in the creation and presentation of evidence; opening, closing, and sentencing presentations; and all demonstrative aids.

(2004 - 2009) Assigned to the Behavioral Analysis Unit, FBI Academy, Quantico, VA: • Provided psychological and behavioral support in violent crime matters to federal, state, local, and foreign law enforcement / prosecutorial agencies in the form of such services as criminal investigative analysis (crime analysis, offender analysis, and crime scene analysis), investigative strategies, interview and interrogation strategies, personality assessment, indirect risk assessment, threat assessment, and prosecutorial strategies. • Provided training, both nationally and internationally, on various violent crime topics, to include intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, risk assessment, threat assessment, workplace violence, school violence, and homicide.(1988 - 2009) Assigned to the Charlotte Division of the FBI: • Conducted violent crime investigations (e.g., bank robberies, kidnappings) • Coordinated Drug Task Force Investigations; • Coordinated Fugitive Task Force Investigations; • Coordinated Assistance in local agency cold case homicide investigations • Conducted complex white collar investigations
