Industries, Inc. in its sale to Filtration Group Corporation, a portfolio company of Madison Capital Partners, a private equity firm.Represented a privately held company engaged in the manufacture and sale of paper bags used for packaging consumer and commercial food products, in the sale of the company to an operations-focused private equity firm.
