* Responsible for the day to day management of a team of 6 development engineers, 4 IT engineers and 2 ESD/Equipment technicians.* Duties included purchasing, budget planning, team management, upper level management meetings, new product implementation (devices and equipment), team training and development.* Technical duties included infrastructure security, network and server administration, software development, final level technical support and infrastructure diagnostics, remote support.* Advising or assisting department managers and colleagues on H&S.* Responsible for the site policies, implementation, risk assessments, incident and accident investigations.* Advising and consulting on heath and safety requirements for remote locations.* Implementing and delivering first aid, fire marshal and health and safety training.* New build and extension overseeing and remote office support including site visits.* Liaising and working with external auditors and investigations.* Auditing and reports.* Remote office / repair centre (implementation, equipment, health and safety, audits).* This role was a promotion and a combination of my previous two roles below.
