I am a multi-disciplined delivery practitioner with 20+ years of experience.Within my career I have led, mentored and grown delivery teams as well as managed geographically disperse teams across multiple time zones. I have implemented, refined and matured many delivery processes, set, managed and communicated expectations for customers, delivery teams as well as internal business. I have taken ownership and delivered on multiple $million projects. I have rescued projects, I have project managed, I have programme managed and I have even managed to improve the delivery capability across an organisation. I have also developed a software product from a concept and sold the business.I have evolved from a technical and problem solving background which has been forged through 13 years of software development, consulting, functional design, solutions architecture and team lead roles. So software development, its methodologies, its challenges and all it entails is something I am very familiar with.I class myself as a pragmatic people leader with a strong process and technical background that can be thrown into any situation.
