I directed all finance, accounting, risk management, internal reporting, operational initiatives, HR, and financing within a multi location regional RV parts distribution company. • Oversaw finance and operational efficiency initiatives resulting in 10 years of double digit growth ultimately achieving inter mountain market share leadership for RV parts distribution.• Successfully acquired a non performing Colorado competitor. Over a 2 year period implemented growth initiatives and best practices that increased market share from 10% to 55%.• Established banking relationship with Zions Bank, secured a multi million asset backed line of credit, established equipment leasing agreements from various local and national lenders.• Successfully completed an extensive WMS instillation providing full visibility and integration for all phases and departments within the organization. Trained and integrated all personnel.• Ensured that all divisional consolidations, footnotes, and closing processes were in compliance with US GAAP and that appropriate analysis was performed to ensure accurate and timely results. -
