As the founder and managing director of Leisure City Epping and One Health & Fitness, I led a 200-strong workforce and oversaw the strategy, finance, operations, marketing, and management of multi-faceted community facilities that attracted over 5,000 visitors per week.Currently, I provide advisory services to clients and partners in the design and implementation of effective strategies for the operation of sporting, fitness, leisure, and childcare organizations. I leverage my extensive skills as a senior manager in operations, finance, training, programming and systems. My commercial acumen can deliver pragmatic and implementable solutions that meet the needs and goals of various stakeholders. My mission is to help create sustainable and profitable community leisure facilities, swim schools, fitness clubs and sports clubs that engage and serve the entire community.
