My passion has always been enabling the Technology Channel to leverage emerging digital platforms in order to build efficient, more profitable businesses that have a foundation for scale, levelling the playing field for start-ups and SMB’s, both for themselves and their clients.For clients, that means leveraging digital technologies to deliver processes that are automated and built for evolution as new technologies unfold while staying competitively lean and mean. For partners, it’s building profitable practices that drive change beyond the traditional support model, into consultation with SMB’s to navigate the digital landscape for their own customers' success through education, enablement and support.I have over 15 years’ experience across the New Zealand, U.K. and Australian markets. I've built disruptive programs, delivered change and impacted growth at managed service providers, global IT distributors, and telecommunication vendors.
