Craig had a dual responsibility: Establish and manage the RFP process and RFP document to review St George's cash replenishment services and ATM maintenance. Craig established and managed both the Steering Committee and the Working party comprising members of procurement, the banking operation business and IT. The contract was greater than $15 million annually and was one of the bank's largest services agreements. Craig was instrumental in the review, scoring and selection process. Project Manage a Quality Management System initiative. This was a comprehensive initiative to improve efficiency of processes in the Group Technology Operations division of the bank. Craig managed the requirements gathering, engaged with black belt and green belt Six Sigma consultants and staff, facilitated requirements definition to IT Architects to ascertain the suitability of the current Filenet application. Craig also managed the relationship with an external consultant and software vendor (i-nexus) for the training and implementation of a package to manage and report on the performance of all green belt projects. -

Craig's responsibilities included: review and rationalisation of the legal & rehabilitation provider panel (including engaging with Procurement on a RFP and panel selection process); development of a "Scheme Monitoring" COGNOS cube and report solution by the GIO Actuaries to support Scheme Managers; managing an online injury guide trial with claims managers using an external software vendor; managing the relationship between GIO and SICorp; and development of the business case for GIO systems enhancements.Mentor/ Business Analyst, TabcorpCraig was engaged as a business engagement consultant at Tabcorp, acting as the link between business and technical services. The solution was a U.K package called ALFA, marketed by CHP Consulting. Craig was responsible gaining agreement for finance process requirements (in particular, the bank reconciliation, payments and month-end processes), and then supervising development of them in the process software, ARIS.
