Support Stock Planning Managers in their roles across Stock Planning, Volume Forecasting, Broken Promise Management, and Aged Stock Analysis. Maintain and develop existing BAU reporting that is sent out to multiple business areas and stakeholders, ensuring the data is correct, and that reports are sent in a timely fashion. Take ownership of the Skygate Daily Demand Forecasts, a pivotal piece of data each week that helps our warehouse decide where to store stock to ensure it can be picked and despatched to our customers quickly. Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific stock related challenges and queries. Maintain good system knowledge and define the best ways of working using the latest tools and technology at our disposal. Support in stock related meetings and assist in decision making around stock levels, timing of intake, and health of stock. Work alongside and develop good relationships numerous teams across the business such as Category, Fulfilment, Finance, and Logistics.
