Managing Partner in both development and sales of real estate development and investment properties since 1992. Certified by the highly respected industry group C.R.S., as well as holding the state of Michigan special certification G.R.I. Awarded 2007 Realtor of the Year, and "Best of" Service Award winner in 2009.

This is where I started my real estate career in 1991 in sales and marketing of all residential properties. In 1993, I began marketing along with used homes, the Nautical Nook Condominium development, the first of what would become 6 condominium projects to date for local West Michigan developers. I became part-owner and a partner at the company in 1998 where I was involved as the partner’s liaison from finance to the partner group, and also facilitated in employee reviews. In 2002, I completed special training in commercial sales and moved to the commercial sales office of the company, where I offered my clients the complete package of sales and marketing of both residential and commercial sale and marketing functions.
