Current-- Spearheading the global roll-out of a standardised complaints management system for a global bank. A 3-year project and the first representation of the company in many foreign markets. -- Managed the first implementation of Equiniti Charter’s next generation product to an existing customer including the migration of data from the existing system. -- Responsible for analysing and understanding the clients’ business needs and providing solutions to business problems.-- Use both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver multiple projects from initial request through estimation, approval, requirements, build and implementation.
