Veteran Paratrooper and certified Pizza Chef "Pizzaiolo’s" healthy and delicious pizza truck.I was certified as a “Pizzaiolo” (Pizza Chef) in Italy where I was stationed with the US Army. I lived in Italy for five years, first as a student in Florence (2000-2001), then as an English teacher in Rome after receiving my Bachelors from CSU Long Beach (2003-2004) and just recently jumping out of airplanes with a rucksack in the Veneto for the 173rd Airborne Brigade (2013-2016). I want to bridge the two cultures with Italian/Californian fusion style pizza. Five years of eating and learning pizza in Italy combined with five years of employment in the California pizza industry while in High School and College, I have the knowhow to further the evolution of pizza in America. Healthy foodies will be happy to have the option of healthy and delicious pizza made from ingredients from Italy and California, while participating in the next level of pizza evolution. My "Pizzaiolo" (Pizza Chef) certificate and my culinary arts education from Orange Coast College along with my completion of the Department of Defense's and the Small Business administration's joint "Boots To Business" program gives me the needed skills and knowledge to succeed.
