• Tasked with re-establishing a manufacturer’s brand within the UK photographic market whilst developing a “direct sales” division for a new distributor.• Established a new sales team and processes, which resulted in a turnover increase of 89% within the first year, whilst maintaining budgetary set margins.• Responsible for all aspects of business including sales management, purchasing, budgeting, marketing, recruitment, and developing business strategies to achieve sales budgets and establishing a new brand.

• Creating and implementing a new database system to enable marketing activities to target specific customers and improve lead generation• Directly responsible for the development of a company website and the design and production of a quarterly newsletter, The Workshop, for distribution to staff, customers, suppliers and the media• Playing a key role in the planning and organisation of the company’s participation in trade shows as well as writing all press releases, news items and customer endorsement stories• Managing all media relationships including providing a professional first point of contact for enquiries
