Canada's first Language Advocacy Day happened on February 4th, 2021, welcoming 230 participants from around the world, and included meetings with 12 MPPs and staff from across the political spectrum.Craig is a founder of WelcomeHomeTO, a not-for-profit that has held more than 50 events connecting settlement sector partners, grassroots groups and newcomers to Canada; created more than 60 stories of settlement for the Hearts and Minds Library; and produced three summary reports that have been referenced by the New York Times and presented as case studies before the United Nations Human Rights Commission.He is a natural connector and problem-solver, amplifying the power of networks as he identifies areas of common interest across different communities and facilitates shared solutions.
