- Lead credit for RCC’s second securitization of commercial real estate loans (RCMT 2015-2). A $218.8 million securitization backed by 99 fixed and floating-rate loans that RCC originated.- Supervised an underwriting team that collectively underwrote and closed 71 loans ($194MM) in 2014 ,and 79 loans ($223MM) in 2015.- Responsible for supervising and training underwriters, and credit analysts in the underwriting and approval process of loans.- Review and approve loan asset summary reviews and commitment letters submitted by underwriters.- Review and approve new loan requests submitted by loan officers prior to issuing a Letter of Interest. - Provide credit guidance to loan officers in order to identify potential risks. Recommend potential structures to help minimize those risks in order to protect ReadyCap’s portfolio quality, and still meet the requirements of the borrower.

• Fully review and underwrite multifamily loans for the Fannie Mae Small Mortgage Loan Program.• Evaluate appraisals, environmental and engineering reports, and Key Principal creditworthiness and experience. • Prepare loan committee presentation packages, and commitment letters once each deal has been approved.

• Perform annual credit reviews on UnionBank’s portfolio of commercial real estate loans.• Team leader responsible for reviewing the analysis of team members in relation to their annual credit reviews.• Underwrite existing loans using updated financial information, and market research to establish an appropriate risk grade for the asset. • Create reports detailing the underwriting, the current market in which the asset is located, the Borrower’s financial condition, the collateral and its condition, and current sale and lease comparables.

- Screen, size, and quote potential new deals submitted for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending conduit execution.- Maintain client relationships on behalf of the originator. Follow up on quoted deals, outstanding applications, and address any questions or concerns of the client.- Act as Deal Manager, and Point of Contact for borrowers, brokers, and vendors to ensure deals move smoothly through the underwriting and closing process, and any issues that may arise are handled accordingly.- Perform site inspections and underwrite loans secured by various types of commercial real estate for conduit execution.- Present underwritten deals to credit committee, and respond to B-Buyers questions or concerns regarding those deals currently in the securitization process.

- Underwrite loans secured by various types of commercial real estate for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or conduit execution.- Initial screening and sizing of transactions and preparation of reports detailing all aspects of a deal.- Responsible for comprehensive loan presentations to loan committee- Evaluate appraisals, environmental and engineering reports, and borrower/key principal liquidity, creditworthiness and experience. - Perform site inspections, and conduct in depth research of specific markets and submarkets.- Analysis of deal specific strengths, weaknesses, risks and mitigants, including impact of local real estate taxes and/or concessions.- Assist other divisions of Deutsche Bank with their performance analysis of real estate properties for larger transactions.

- Assess and underwrite various types of commercial real estate, including multifamily, office, retail, self storage, and hotel properties. - CMBS property-level review of historical operating statements, borrower budgets, cash flows, third party reports, and subsequent underwriting analysis based on assumptions and assessment of risk.- Perform acquisition due diligence and visual site inspections on commercial properties. - Compile and analyze research on specific markets and submarkets.
